Custom Software & Smarter AI Solutions Built for Business

Coretechs Consulting Inc is the best. Reliable, timely, efficient, nice!

I engaged Coretechs on behalf of a client for a legal matter. What I needed from them was outside of their comfort zone, but they took on the project in a deliberate; organized way, kept me informed with great, regular communication; and were always aware of our budget constraints. I would engage Coretechs again and recommend their professionalism.

We have been working with Coretech for over 7 years. Have worked on multiple projects related to back-end website design and implementation of Dynamics CRM. All projects that I have been involved with were well managed with timely deliverables resulting in the expected end-product. Highly recommend Coretechs.

We aren’t even done with our project with CoreTechs and we are ready to begin the next one with them. The entire team from the leadership to the developers stand far above the other options out there you may find. Being a non-web developer myself, working with CoreTechs feels like an extension of my own hands and brain. With others developers you often get the typical IT attitude, the I know better than you and the poor social skills. They are developers who listen, understand and communicate. They ask questions to make sure that the end product is exceeds expectations. They are a firm who work with you, not against you to make something wonderful and they are a rarity. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Gil immediately, it’s one of those things in life you simply won’t regret. Gil, sorry but you’re stuck with us for quite some time now!

A knowledgeable and security-focused agency that has been able to jump in and assist with anything we throw their way, and do so with unparalleled customer service and a complete understanding of our goals. At times, it’s almost like they are an extension of our office.

These folks are the absolute best!

Coretechs is second to none…. We love working with Coretechs for our development needs. We have worked with several companies in the past and Coretechs is the best on all front’s hands down!!! I highly, highly recommend Coretechs for your development needs.

Amazing customer service, extremely responsive and a real pleasure to deal with.

Coretechs Consulting provided us with custom software development and helped us migrate to an entirely new platform that they built. In a separate project, they completely redesigned our website and modernized it to comply with Google’s SEO standards.

Coretechs Consulting delivered a successful product, which is now being used in the majority of courts and family law firms in Virginia. The product became viral fairly quickly, and feedback from external stakeholders has been overwhelmingly positive. The partnership was a very amiable and pleasant experience.

Coretechs Consulting understood the technology better than I did, and was highly responsive throughout the duration of the partnership. The project manager regularly kept in touch with us regularly through Zoom, so it was very easy to reach out to them.

We’re impressed with their friendliness and incomparable integrity.

“The partnership was a very amiable and pleasant experience.”

The CoreTechs team jumped in when our legacy, in-house system programmer bailed. They helped to stabilize the system and infrastructure and worked with us as we transitioned to a new system. Gil and his team were first class…highly recommend!

My company has been using Coretechs Consulting for close to 8 years and wouldn’t use anyone else. As a small business owner, it is important to align ourselves with a company that understands our computer & IT needs and works within our budget, time restraints, needs, upgrades, security, and understands our functionality. Coretechs has knowledgeable & experienced techs who can work on or off premises and not only give us great service but consistently comes to us with recommendations on how we can improve our services. As the business owner, our computer systems are the last thing I want to worry about and Coretechs allows me to focus on growing the company. Trustworthy, responsive, and reliable are three words I would use to describe Coretechs Consulting.

Working with Coretechs Consulting we enable some key features on our application. Gil and the team took the time to understand our requirements and business drivers to ensure the development efforts and budgets are used in the most effective way.

I’ve been remarkably happy with CoreTechs since I was lucky enough to find them about six years ago. They’re far more professional, courteous, and organized than other tech groups i’d tried before, and nothing i request ever slips through the cracks. They’re on top of everything, which gives me peace of mind.

I’d give six stars if I could. 😀

Coretechs is a great consultancy! They’ve supported one of our products that we inherited from another company. They are prompt to respond, and their pricing is fair.

ACS Creative has worked with Coretechs for the last 5 years on our largest of web programming endeavors. Gil and his team are great to work with, great at communications and understanding requests/architecting solutions, and have a wide knowledge-base and strong skills in full stack development. They are a well tested and well trusted partner.

Coretechs Consulting handles the back end / maintenance of our website and does an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for your website development or mobile app development needs. We have a very close relationship with the guys at Coretechs and our issues get addressed promptly and efficiently when needed. Give Coretechs a call!

Their attention to detail during our initial meetings showed how much knowledge and expertise they had in the field.

They integrated an application into our stack that would reduce data entry for our end users. The end goal was to make sure the data that was collected for our end users was not only organized in the correct manner, but also in a way that made our end users have to do as little editing as possible.

Their project management style worked great for me. They would reach out to me via email whenever they had updates to keep me in the loop, or had any questions. Questions that could be answered over email were handled that way, however they offered to meet via Zoom if there was a solution that was difficult to articulate.

The quality of work paired with the time of development. After working with Coretechs on several projects, I am able to give them a project outline that makes sense, and they are able to meet most of the deliverables with only having to reach out a handful of times.

“High quality work, I was always blown away by how quickly they were able to find solutions.

“Very flexible, they meet with you as much as you want/need to get project goals outlined.”

The team at Coretechs has been an incredible blessing to our non-profit. We were using off-shore consultants thinking that the cost savings would help protect our budget. However, in reality, we found language barriers, time zone offsets, and quality of work to be a real problem. Coming to our senses, we reached out to Gill, Jon, and the team at Coretechs and we’ve been rolling ever since. They are professional, skilled, and responsive to issues we’ve faced. I highly recommend resisting the urge to go offshore and hire a US-based team instead. These guys did great as evidenced by our ongoing business relationship together!

Coretechs Consulting is THE company when it comes to technical support. Their project managers and techs are knowledgeable and fast (and accurate!). Most importantly, they brainstorm as a team for ‘out of the box’ alternatives to challenges unique to your systems. I absolutely love their tenacity, quote transparency, and persistence in finding the best solution rather than the most obvious. Coretechs Consulting consistently goes above and beyond – in programming, communication, transparency and collaborative approaches. I am so grateful to be working with them and highly recommend their team for all technical needs.

Has always been a pleasure working with capable application-development professionals. CoreTechs is also reliable and cost-effective resource for your project needs.

Five Stars!

Gil and his team (Dipin and Susan) are real profesional on their jobs. Our custom-built application (Python/Django) needs some enhancements and his team is able to adapt business requirements effectively into the application even though the application was not developed by them originally. Their completed work is excellent, right on time and within the budget. We will definitely keep our long-term relationship with them for any future application enhancements and expansions.

Blue Corona has been working with Coretechs for the past several years. They have provided us with exceptional development and technical support for our clients as well as our own internal initiatives.
Gil, James, Kiko, and the whole Coretechs team have been great partners and have helped contribute to our company’s growth and success. We look forward to continuing our partnership for years to come!

Excellent team to work with. Delivered on time and at the quoted prices. No hidden prices or overruns. Will use them anytime my web apps or hosting services require changes or upgrades.

We partnered with Gil and Coretechs Consulting for custom software development, and the depth of their engineering expertise stood out immediately. They helped us design and build a custom internal reporting tool, leveraging clean Python and PHP coding architecture to create a solution that matched our workflows and data needs seamlessly. Their team took the time to understand our existing systems, made thoughtful architectural recommendations to refine the scope, and delivered clean, scalable code. Coretechs is a strong choice for companies that need real software development—not just general tech support. Highly recommend!

When researching regional IT shops that I’d like to work with via ChatGPT I immediately came across CORETECHS. After reading about the company on their website it was clear ChatGPT found me the right type of shop; managed services, custom solutions and a wide range of technical expertise. On the “contact us” page there is a section that says “Talk to Gil”, the owner of the company. I figured I’d call and leave a message. In an age of chatBots, texting, email and impersonal barriers, I was amazed…Gil answered the phone. I spoke with the owner of the company for 15 minutes while he patiently answered all my questions and explained how an engagement with CORETECHS progresses. In all my research, CORETECHS stands out to me as the organization I’d want to build a solution with. Thank you Gil.

Wow!! where do I start, we have worked with Coretechs consulting for over a decade building out our in-house management system. We have went from a small task management system to a $2,000,000 robust software that runs our entire business. From in-house accounting to mobile apps for our customers to make payments and on site staff members to view maintenance requests and inspections cortex has been able to do it all. We are so happy that we were able to find them over a decade ago and hope for another decade of development in the future.

The team at Coretechs is phenomenal. We needed to transition our custom app and databases to a new developer rather quickly due to an unexpected discontinuation of service. Coretechs handled all of the details and made the transition absolutely seamless. They communicated their progress and timelines the entire time. Since then I’ve had them do some modifications to our app, which they turned around right away. Everyone I’ve talked to there is super friendly and super knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to working with them on future improvements.

Outstanding leadership and guidance in the development space. Coretechs has successfully bridged the gap that exists with most development organisations between technology design and solution delivery. They have been on target for all of my projects from scoping to integration. Thanks Gil and team!

As a client of Coretechs Consulting for over a year, I’ve found that there is only one word that I would use to describe them: exceptional. They are an incredible group of developers who truly care about the quality of the software they deliver, as well as the client relationship. If you are in a bind, they will work day and night until the issue is resolved. They make you feel like you’re their most valuable client and continue to impress everyday. I can’t say enough good things about them.

We were struggling to get the .NET Framework upgraded to .NET 8 so looked for help from Coretechs. I worked with Ryan and with his help we where able to get it done. I love how this team works and how flexible they are. It truly felt like they were part of the team. They were able to help with every issue I had. I would highly recommend the Coretechs team.
