The Challenge
The client needed a mobile work order solution for field technicians performing cleaning services at various client sites — many of which have unreliable or non-existent internet access. Existing digital tools were not designed for offline functionality, leading to delays, incomplete reporting, and communication gaps between the field and central operations.
Our Solution
Coretechs designed and developed a robust, cross-platform mobile application using React Native, supported by a custom PHP backend. The system provides a dual front- and back-end architecture tailored to the unique requirements of field operations.

Offline Capability:
Employees can preload daily work orders before going on-site. All data, including notes, photos, and videos, is saved locally on the device when a connection is not available.

Auto-Sync Functionality:
The app automatically attempts to sync data with the central server every 3 minutes. Once a connection is detected, the system completes the upload with no user intervention required.

Media & Documentation Support:
Technicians can attach rich media—such as photos, videos, and written notes—to each work order, ensuring comprehensive reporting and documentation.
The Results
The new system significantly improved operational efficiency by reducing delays caused by poor connectivity. Field employees now complete work orders without interruption, and all data is seamlessly synced when a signal becomes available — resulting in faster processing, improved accountability, and more consistent service delivery.
